We intend to maintain a minimum 60% conventional and 40% organic split on all of our fruits and vegetables. We will maintain an even greater organic ratio when more fruits and vegetables are in season. We have made arrangements with many local farms for hand-picked fresh fruits and vegetables, which will arrive from the farm to our store shelves within ten hours every day. These arrangements will allow us to maintain maximum freshness for our valuable customers while simultaneously supporting Florida's local agricultural industry!
