Jim Mason

Many people in the area may already know Jim Mason (one of the owners and CEO of Messineo's Gourmet Market) since a Feb.28, 2006 Wild Oats Markets,Inc. press release, when he was announced as the store director of the first Tampa Bay area Wild Oats store located at 1548 North Dale Mabry in Tampa. The store opened April 5, 2006 with a team of 122 employees under Jim's leadership.

Perry Odak, the President and CEO of Wild Oats Markets stated in this press release that We know that Jim,as leader of the new team, will be a great asset to this community. He brings both leadership and enthusiasm to the team and we look forward to filling additional positions in the new Tampa store.

Mr. Mason brings 14 years of experience in the retail grocery business, 6 of which were spent with Wild Oats. Jim continues to pride himself on being a family-oriented resource for products and information that support health and well-being. He is thrilled at the opportunity to bring his diverse natural and organic market experience to Messineo's Gourmet Market, Inc. in St.Petersburg.
