Kale Chips Recipe

A great alternative to potato chips!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 bunches kale, rinsed with stems removed
Directions:
- Cut kale into 2 to 3 inches
- Mix vinegar, oil, and salt into a large bowl. Then add kale & mix by hand
- Try to get all the leaves covered
- Place on baking sheets and bake at 350 F until crispy (turn up to 400 F if taking too long
